We spend a good 8 to 12 minutes with dynamic movements that prepare you not just physically, but also mentally, for the session ahead. Whether it's mobility work or revving up your cardiovascular engine, we make sure to cast a wide net, covering general exercises before honing in on the muscles you'll rely on most during the strength and workout parts of the class.

Strength Piece: Building the Foundation

After getting all warmed up and ready, we transition into the cornerstone of our class – the strength piece.

Today's Strength Focus:

  • Core to the day's class
  • Varies each session to keep you on your toes

This is where you put your muscles to the test, turning up the notch on intensity. Whether we're squatting, pressing, or deadlifting, the strength section is designed to improve your power, endurance, and resilience. We tailor the day's focus to keep your body guessing and improving, because who doesn't love that delicious soreness that whispers, "You're getting stronger"?

Workout of the Day: The Grand Finale

As the finale, we dive into the workout of the day (WOD), a varied session that's never quite the same.

Workout Variance:

  • A new challenge every class
  • Full-body workouts to specialized muscle targeting

The WOD is a mixture of metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, weightlifting, and more. A full spectrum of fitness that's as unpredictable as it is thrilling.
