Here are a few ways to make the most of your time with your coach.

Know your why

Whether you want to build strength, increase endurance, improve your technique or feel more confident in the gym, having a clear goal gives you direction. It also helps your coach tailor your plan and guide you towards measurable progress over time.

Ask questions

Your coach is there to guide and educate. If you're ever unsure about what you're doing or why, ask. Understanding the ‘why’ behind the movement helps you stay motivated and build confidence in your training.

Stay consistent

You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to keep showing up. The biggest changes happen through small, repeated efforts, not one-off perfect sessions. Your coach will help you build structure and momentum.
