Short answer? For most healthy pregnancies, yes! And not only is it safe, but it’s also hugely beneficial. Regular, gentle exercise during the first trimester can improve circulation, boost energy, support better sleep, reduce aches and pains, and help balance mood and stress levels.
That said, this is a time to listen to your body and adapt your training to what feels right. What you need now is smart movement, not pushing hard or doing what you used to do, but tuning in, focusing on breath, strength, and stability.

That’s why we’ve created a space where you can feel totally comfortable from the moment you arrive. Our state-of-the-art facilities are designed to be clean, calm, and fully equipped to support your movement throughout pregnancy.
Each class is held during our quieter hours, so there’s no pressure or crowd, and the studio is calm and relaxed, with just you, your coach, and a group of other women on their pregnancy journey. You’ll be taken through a mix of low-impact strength movements, mobility drills, breathing techniques, and guided core and pelvic floor exercises. Every movement is optional and adjustable, this is all about working with your body, not against it.
