Well, think of it as your fitness playlist, featuring 8 tracks of running, each interspersed with a hit of functional workout exercises. We're talking about a kilometre run, followed by a workout challenge, and rinse and repeat. Some of the high-energy routines include:

  • 1,000-meter skiing
  • 50-meter sled push
  • 50-meter sled pull
  • 80-meter burpee broad jumps
  • 1,000-meter row
  • 200-meter farmer's carry
  • 100-meter sandbag lunges
  • 75 or 100 wall balls (depending on your category and division)

The idea is to push, pull, and carry your way through this set, giving you a full-body workout that's as fulfilling as it is challenging!
