CRAIG LAWLESS

We're kicking off our new programming block with an upper body strength day, building barbell cycling endurance and bringing back testing benchmark workouts!

Don’t forget that everyday, we have Peak and Base options on the programme for you to progress or scale movements to your ability.

Have a look at our new training program breakdown below:

Monday: Upper Body Pressing, Gymnastics Pulling, and Baseline Testing

This session focuses in on improving upper body strength through the Strict Press and Push Press, aiming for a super strong overhead position in 8 weeks. We'll blend this with gymnastics skill movements , finishing the session with either an old open or hero workout.

Tuesday: Lower Body Squatting and Barbell Cycling

Dedicated to both front and back squats, this cycle focuses on gaining a solid foundation and maintaining proper positions over the 8 weeks. Additionally, we'll incorporate barbell cycling to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the Clean & Jerk.

Wednesday: Conditioning Day

The favorite day of the week! Each week, we'll vary the conditioning routine to help our members build endurance without heavy weights or complex skill work.

Thursday: Upper and Lower Body Push/Pull

This session is all about hypertrophy work with a focus on upper and lower body movements, emphasizing quality movements to build lean muscle.

Friday: Monster Mash

Monster Mash Fridays are making a comeback! In one class, members will tackle three workouts, including a strength workout, a gymnastics-style workout, and a conditioning style workout. It's the perfect way to challenge yourself and set the tone for the upcoming weekend.

Competitors Session!

Join us for a 90-minute session for experienced CrossFitters. This session will include strength work, Olympic Lifting, high-skill gymnastics, and a challenging conditioning piece. To participate you need a minimum of 1 year CrossFit.
