As a small glimpse into Denise's background, her life has always been a choreography of movement. From somersaults in gymnastics to sashaying in dance halls, Denise found her passion for performance early on. But it wasn't until her sister laced up her ballet shoes that Denise felt themagnetic pull to the dance floor, a decision that led her to trade vault jumps for pirouettes.
Ballet began for Denise later than most dancers, a change of tempo due to her commitment to competitive gymnastics. However, at the tender age of 16, Denise embraced the dance world professionally, setting the stage for what would become an eclectic and thrilling career.
"It kind of clashed a bit with what I would need for dancing, which is ballet, essentially. So I had to start ballet really late." &ndash; Denise, reflecting on transitioning from gymnastics to dance.
 Cheerleading: The Ultimate Teamwork Tango
Our conversation pirouetted towards Denise's university years, where musical theater's high-kicks and bright lights awaited her in London. It was in the vibrant scene of cheerleading that Denise reconnected with the thrill of competition &ndash; a kinship formed at a young age through gymnastics.
Cheerleading wasn't just a fling with nostalgic high school movies. It was an embodiment of trust, adrenaline, and the feeling of unity. Aspiring to be one of those dazzling NFL cheerleaders, Denise discovered a community that resonated with all facets of her athletic past: the strategy of gymnastics, the grace of dance, and the sheer excitement of being part of a vibrant team.
 From Auditions to the Applause of Arena Cheer
Dreams of NFL cheerleading may have been intricate to navigate, but Denise's aspirations nudged her to explore avenues closer to home. The Hammerettes of West Ham and Leinster rugby cheerleading provided her with stages to cheer on and arenas to captivate. Whether it was performing for soccer fans or tackling a sports show in Hong Kong, Denise's cheer spirit shone through, bringing stories of team camaraderie, competitive zest, and a whole lot of heart.
 The Pivot from Performance to Pedal Powering at Boutique Studios
As our chat rolled on, we delved into how Denise transferred her movement mastery from the stage to the cycling studios. Initially sceptical of indoor cycling, it took Denise a ride or two to find her stride in the rhythm-led spin classes. The Audition:&nbsp;
Successful applicants will be invited to attend our audition day August 12TH at our Windmill Lane studio. You will be asked to prepare 3 contrasting tracks to show us who you are and what you&rsquo;ve got!&nbsp;
&nbsp;&nbsp;
What do we look for?&nbsp;
Talent, charisma, presence, uniqueness, and an ability to hold your nerve under pressure.&nbsp;
&nbsp;The more YOU, you are, the BETTER!&nbsp;
&nbsp;Our future trainees should be friendly and approachable, play great music, bring the vibez, and control energy of the room through incredible coaching and programming!&nbsp;
&nbsp;&nbsp;
What happens if you get through?&nbsp;
When you get through auditions, you will be Invited to the training weekend on the 19th &amp; 20th August. During this weekend you will be given the tools to deliver our Perpetua RIDE classes. Following your training weekend, you will be given a timeline with specific requirements to be met. You need to complete the training to make it to the podium, and not everyone will make it.&nbsp;
Commitment, courage, passion and an eagerness to learn is what will get you there. And it&rsquo;s all worth it in the end!!&nbsp;
