COACH AUDITIONS 2026

The Audition

Successful applicants will be invited to attend our audition day Saturday, January 31st 2026 from 12-2pm at our Windmill Lane studio. You will be asked to prepare 2 contrasting tracks to show us who you are and what you’ve got!

Talent, charisma, presence, uniqueness, and an ability to hold your nerve under pressure. Our future trainees should be friendly and approachable, play great music, bring the vibez, and control the energy of the room through incredible coaching and programming!

What happens if you get through?

Once you pass auditions, you’ll be invited to our training weekend on February 7th and 8th. These will be full-day sessions, and full attendance is required. During the weekend, you’ll receive the tools and foundations needed to deliver our Perpetua RHYTHM RIDE classes.

After completing the training weekend, you’ll receive a timeline outlining specific requirements you must meet. Please note that completing the weekend does not guarantee a spot on the team - you must successfully fulfill all training expectations to make it to the podium.

Commitment, courage, passion and an eagerness to learn is what will get you there. And it’s all worth it in the end!!
