Getting Started With CrossFit Dublin is Easy
Simply contact us – and we will arrange a meeting at our facility with our Head Coach to introduce you to our facility and programming. From there, we will enrol you in Personal Training or the Perpetua Academy course where you will learn everything you need to know to confidently perform our programming and join our group class environment! You are now a member of CrossFit Dublin and we couldn’t be more excited to be alongside you in this journey.

WHAT IS CROSSFIT®?
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. CrossFit is not a specialised fitness program but rather it focuses on competency in each of the ten recognised fitness domains: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Our athletes are trained to successfully perform multiple diverse and randomised physical challenges.
I’M A TOTAL BEGINNER. HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH CROSSFIT®?
The most important part of you joining CrossFit Dublin is to learn about the movements that you will perform in class. This is best way for you to learn the correct techniques and movement patterns. You can choose to work 1-1 with a CrossFit coach or join our Perpetua Academy. With either option, you will start getting comfortable with the basic movements before moving onto more technical movements. We will cover everything from strength training, cardio, bodyweight training and Olympic lifting. We will also give you a taste of what workouts will be like in classes. Throughout, your coach will be informing you about every system we have in the gym, how classes work, introducing you to all the coaches and how our program is developed.
This system we have created has worked for thousands of our members and is a proven way to creating a safe and fun environment for you to train and reach your goals.

We have over 65 classes for you to choose from each week

Separate to CrossFit classes, we offer a Strength class, gymnastic class and Olympic lifting class.
This amazing facility is also included in your membership with all the best equipment.
