We have ripped up the boxing rulebook to bring you a fast-paced workout that improves your strength, endurance and power while working up a sweat to some big tunes.
Join us for 45 minutes of strength, endurance, power moves and treadmill rounds that will leave your body burning but your face smiling.

A few things you’ll need to know to smash your first class:
Boxing gloves and wraps are mandatory to take part in Rumble. If you don’t have your own, don’t worry, glove rental is on us and have wraps available to purchase for just €10.
You MUST be outside the room TEN MINUTES BEFORE the start of your scheduled class to take the mandatory pre-class induction, which is a requirement to learn the workings of our treadmills and the technique of the six punches before the lights go down and the music goes up.
To be respectful of other guests, our late arrivals policy still stands and there will be no entry after class time starts.
We highly recommend that you watch the introductory video so you can make the most of your first RUMBLE class!
WHAT TO EXPECT
ON THE TREAD
Lace up your trainers and get ready to work! You will be guided through running intervals by your coach on our state-of-the-art treadmills. Not a runner? Don’t worry! Your coach will provide you with a range of beginner, intermediate and advanced speeds. These treadmill rounds to compliment the grit you need on the bag.
ON THE BAG
Get ready to learn the groundwork of boxing from your stance and form to killer punching combos, combined with strength and conditioning bodyweight drills specific to boxing. Expect skills, drills and combinations, along with some powerful bodyweight moves.
CHOOSE YOUR FIGHTER
Each class you’ll be learning power moves from famous boxers, but you’ll need some determination, self-discipline, and effort to take on the challenge.
