Who Are We?

Perpetua Fitness was founded in 2012 with a simple mission – deliver a program with the best classes and personal training sessions for clients who want results. 

We own and operate brick and mortar Perpetua Gym locations in Ireland and in addition to these locations, we provide workouts and online to athletes and corporates around the world, digitally.

Perpetua Online programming is designed by Head Coach – Eoghan McGregor – who has over 15 years experience in the fitness industry. He has been delivering the best program for CrossFitters and individuals in Perpetua along with competing in international CrossFit competitions. Eoghan is a coach who tests, retests and completes all workouts he creates, he is an individual who lives and breathes fitness and can’t wait to help more individuals with our online programs.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

PERPETUA STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

PROGRAM DETAILS

Perpetua Strength & Conditioning is our signature program which has helped thousands of members. The program is for individuals who have previous experience in compound lifting and conditioning work. This is for people who enjoy a mixture of strength and cardio training, and need to keep their training window to 60 min or less. In our 60 path, we structure your workout from warmup to cool down to allow you to be as productive as possible with your time. The training itself will look like classic Crossfit – a balanced mix of strength work, skill progressions, and fun mixed modal testers while avoiding heavy Olympic lifting and complex skill bottlenecks to make the training more accessible to your everyday athlete.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

You can expect a variety of machine work on rower, bike erg, ski erg and echo bike as well as use of med balls, Dballs and sandbags. Additionally, barbells and plates, dumbbells, kettlebells and access to a rig will be required.

ENDURANCE

PERPETUA ENDURANCE

PROGRAM DETAILS

Our endurance days in Perpetua Fitness are one of our most popular days with members and now we are delivering this to individuals online. This program is for people who want to develop a broad endurance base across multiple mono-structural modalities. Following this path should provide the preparation and confidence necessary to be able to jump into a local endurance event or 5k run.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

Bike Workouts: Assault, Echo, or Concept2 BikeErg.

Row Workouts: Concept2 Rower.

Run Workouts: Any track, open road, or trail as well as the Assault AirRunner, TrueForm, any motorised treadmill.

Ski Workout: Concept2 SkiErg

BUILD

PERPETUA BUILD

PROGRAM DETAILS

Not every training day needs high intensity so this is where our Perpetua Build program can be perfect for you. Perpetua Build is a functional strength and full-body bodybuilding program only available at Perpetua Fitness! Workouts trade out intensity for a little more burn and aesthetics. Each day will consist of functional strength followed by a bodybuilding session. The goal of Perpetua Build is simple – all gains, zero stress!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

For Perpetua Build you will need a barbell, plates, dumbbells, kettlebell, and machines

OLYMPIC LIFTING

PERPETUA OLY

PROGRAM DETAILS

Perpetua Olympic Lifting is our program which has helped 1000’s of members improve their olympic lifting and increase strength. The program is for individuals who have previous experience in Olympic lifting. This is for people who want to focus on technique and build strong foundations in their lifts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

Barbells and plates will be required.

HYROX

PERPETUA HYROX

Perpetua Hyrox is our program which is preparing individuals to race Hyrox. The Hyrox program is for individuals of all levels in the movements which you will complete in Hyrox. This is for people who enjoy conditioning and some strength work, and need to keep their training window to 60 min or less. In our Hyrox program, we structure your workout from warmup to cool down to allow you to be as productive as possible with your time. The training itself will have a balanced mix of strength work, bodyweight movements and conditioning.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

You can expect a variety of work on a rower, ski erg, sandbags, kettlebells, wall balls, sleds and access to run.

BASE 60

Perpetua Base 60 is our signature program which has helped 1000’s of members. The Base program is for individuals who have NO previous experience in gymnastics, compound lifting and olympic lifting. This is for people who enjoy CrossFit style training, and need to keep their training window to 60 min or less. In our 60 path, we structure your workout from warmup to cool down to allow you to be as productive as possible with your time.
