"Motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going"

Currently studying Structural and Architectural Engineering in UCD, most of my time is dedicated to college, but I try to train whenever I’ve spare time. I’ve always been big into fitness, playing any sport I could when I was younger, rugby and football being top of the list.

I find fitness to be the best stress reliever, and a good way unwind and clear the head. Tread & Shred and CrossFit are the best way to finish a tough day of studying.
