I enjoy working out for the feeling afterwards, you always feel better after getting sweat on and it’s such an easy way to instantly boost your mood. You never regret a workout! My favourite way to sweat is a Tread and Shred class, just 45 minutes including a bit of cardio and a bit of strength and you’re done!
