Craig started as a coach in strength and conditioning and as a personal trainer with his EQF level 4 he added in his CrossFit level one in 2016 and hasn’t looked back since.

Craigs experience in both big commercial gyms and small boutique gyms has let him coach all types of levels from complete beginners to elite athletes in sport.

Craig believes that coaching in a positive, energetic and honest way is the best way to get results and enjoy your training.
