My whole life was based around movement and exercise, started with gymnastics as a kid after which I went into football and track where I stayed and competed for 7 years before getting into Martial Arts at 15 years of age. I have been learning Martial Arts for almost 7 years now and, the one thing about them that impressed me since the beginning is that it was unlike any other sport , it was a different kind of "hard training". Although getting punched in the face and kicked all over your body might not sound as the most appealing thing to choose as your lifelong pursuit it has helped me tremendously in learning how to control myself and my emotions, it also completely removed my comfort zone and it allowed me to live my life free of fear. I moved out of my home country Serbia and came to Ireland two years ago, that is when I made a transition from K1 Kickboxing to Boxing where I am still and I am still competing. I do not dream about fighting in a ring my whole life and becoming one of the greatest, but I am 100% sure I will be learning and teaching Martial Arts every single day, until I die.
