I have been super interested in everything to do with the human performance side of fitness, both physical and mental, and I like to see how people adapt to all different styles of training.
Training and fitness should be built into how we want to look and feel both inside and outside the gym. You should to enjoy the training that you are doing and focus on enhancing your life outside of the gym. I focus on coaching in a positive, energetic and honest way which I believe is the best way to get results and enjoy your training.
