I have had the opportunity to be coached by some of the best coaches in the world, to learn from some of the best lecturers and coaches in the world, to compete with some of the best athletes in the world, to work with some of the best physiotherapists and recovery experts in the world. What I learnt from all of them is that there is no one way to achieve something, and that you can never stop learning.

If I can see from your body language, your pace relative to everyone else and my experience that you can push more, I will always encourage you to push more. I always think good music is a great motivator during some hard workouts.
