Tadhg is a CrossFit Coach at Perpetua Fitness

Tadhg only being 19 has already had 5 years of experience in the fitness industry across multiple fields.

His experience started off in the GAA industry where he took more of an interest in strength and conditioning side of training.

From here he went on to train and learn in some of Ireland’s most successful strength and conditioning gym.

Tadhg has also been coached by some of the world’s best coaches, aswell as taking multiple courses from some of the best coaching companies in the world.

Tadhg has had 18 months of coaching experience in group and personal training settings, aswell as coaching weightlifting and gymnastic centric classes.

After 3 years of competing in CrossFit and being Ireland’s fittest teenager, Tadhg made the CrossFit Games in 2018 as a 17 year old where he placed 14th.

Tadhg is currently undertaking a bachelor in science degree in Sport and Exercise Management in one of Ireland’s best universities, UCD.

Tadhg believes in self improvement and training in a positive and supportive environment, so that each person can come out of the gym feeling better than when they went in.
