Please read the material on this page thoroughly, as it contains specific guidelines and policies in place in order to keep our community safe and healthy!

We are massively grateful for all the support you have offered us throughout these strange times. It has certainly been uncharted territory but we have pulled together as a community in a way that none of us could have ever imagined! Community and movement are at the heart of what we do at Perpetua and we wouldn’t be able to do it without you.

LEVEL 5 UPDATE

We’ve been here before, we’ll get through it again together! To stay aligned with government guidelines, we are *temporarily* shutting our doors starting Thursday, October 22nd. To support our community during this temporary shutdown, we’ve leveled up our virtual offerings! Read on to learn more.

Our team is happy to support you with an extension of your studio credits so you’ll be able to use them when we can all train together again!

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

MASKS

In alignment with government guidance, we require that you wear a mask anytime you are in the facility and not actively training. This means – in the front reception area, in the washrooms, and as you’re entering and exiting your training space. Please remember to social distance from your fellow athletes as well as the Perpetua team. Our team will do the same. Let’s work together to keep the community safe!

TRAVEL GUIDANCE

If you have recently traveled outside of Ireland, you will not be permitted inside Perpetua until you have isolated for 14 days. Please do not put our team and the community at large at risk by returning to Perpetua before your isolation period is up. By booking into classes and entering the facility you certify that you have not travelled outside of Ireland within the last 14 days of entering the facility. You also certify that you have not exhibited any symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days of entering the facility. If you have shown symptoms during this time you are not permitted to enter the facility.

CLASS & FACILITY CAPACITY

We have been in consultation with HSE officials to ensure that we are adhering to current health and safety guidelines. Everyone in our Tread&Shred, RIDE, and Crossfit classes will have their own equipment and setup in class. This will ensure that we can maintain social distance during classes and keep everyone safe while they train!

SWEAT TOWELS

Sweat towels are required for all classes. Please bring your own sweat towel, as we will not be providing them at this time. If you do not have a towel, you will not be able to join class. We will also have towels available for purchase if you forget yours!

ADVANCED CLEANING PROTOCOLS

We have stepped up our already stringent cleaning protocol. This includes deep cleans of our studios and equipment before and after every class, hospital-grade disinfectant products, and regular walk-throughs of the facility to ensure cleanliness throughout. Every surface touched by a team member or guest must be fully sanitized before leaving an area or putting a piece of equipment back.

VENTILATION SYSTEM

Proper ventilation in indoor spaces is essential to keep everyone safe. At the beginning of the year we invested in an industrial ventilation system that constantly supplies every area in our space with fresh clean air, while extracting the air in the room to constantly maintain clean fresh air.

BOOKING & CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

When you arrive at Perpetua, please wait patiently in the queue, allowing enough space between yourself and others. A team member will call you forward to check you in! Everything is clearly marked and our team is here to support you! Here are a few very important things to consider:

BOOKING IN!

Booking into classes will be the same seamless experience that you know and love! Booking will open 3 days in advance of class. You can book into class through the Perpetua app or here on perpetua.ie. We have added “Pick a Spot” functionality to our booking process, so you’ll be able to select your favourite bike or tread before class!

LOCKERS & CHANGING ROOMS WILL HAVE LIMITED ACCESS

Bring only what you need and arrive at the facility ready to train. We understand that you may have to jet off to work right after class, so we will offer no-touch (unlocked) storage cubbies in our changing rooms for larger items. For personal items like phones and wallets, we will provide small storage boxes where you can leave your belongings; these boxes will be placed nearby your bike, tread, or space in the Crossfit box. SHOWERS WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE.

STUDIO CLASSES

Please wait patiently to check into class. A team member will call you forward to the desk where you will check in. If you’ve not yet chosen a spot (bike, tread, or box) in the studio, our team will assign one to you. Once you’re checked in, please proceed to the studio and wait until your coach calls you in.

CROSSFIT

Please wait patiently to check into class. A team member will call you forward to the desk where you will check in. Once you’re checked in, please proceed to the Crossfit box and wait until your coach calls you in.

JUSTGYM & PT

Please wait patiently to check into the gym. A team member will call you forward to the desk where you will check in. Once you’ve checked in, please proceed to the JustGYM area. If you’re here for a PT session, please wait in the reception area for your PT to come collect you.

IN-CLASS EXPERIENCE

We will be operating classes at reduced capacity to ensure for enough space between yourself and your fellow participants, and you will have your own equipment and setup during class! Please remember to bring your own sweat towel, as we will not be giving out towels at this time.

BOOK WITH INTENTION

As our class sizes are smaller, we may be on waitlists at times. Please make sure that you book with intention so that everyone can get into their favourite classes! If something comes up and you cannot make it to class, make sure to cancel yourself out so that another guest can book in. Our 8-hour early-cancellation window is in place, so make sure to be mindful of that when booking!

CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF!

We will provide plenty of disinfectant and blue roll for you! Make sure to clean anything you come into contact with. This includes weights, machines, rollers and bands, etc. DO NOT use your sweat towel to clean equipment. Please discard of the used blue roll into the trash bins. Do not leave your trash on the floor, racks, or machines.

STUDIO CLASSES

Tread&Shred and RIDE classes will operate in small pods. During class, you will have your own personal setup with your own equipment! We will not provide sweat towels at this time, so please bring your own! If you do not have a towel you will not be permitted to join class.

CROSSFIT

Each Crossfit class will operate in small pods. You will have your own personal “box” in which to train during class, and your own equipment and setup; these spots have been clearly marked on the floor and your coach will provide all the guidance you need! We will not provide sweat towels at this time, so please bring your own! If you do not have a towel you will not be permitted to join class.

JUSTGYM

Our JustGYM area will be limited to 6 people in the gym at any given time. We have instituted a booking system to ensure you’re able to get the most out of your time training in JustGYM. We will not be taking JustGYM walk-ins at this time, so be sure to book in!

*Crossfit members that wish to use the JustGYM area must also book in to use the space.

WASHROOMS & COMMUNAL AREAS

WASH YOUR HANDS

It really goes without saying, but wash your hands thoroughly. If you notice that we need more soap, speak up! Let a team member or coach know immediately.

Discard your trash in the bins. Please do not leave your trash anywhere in the washrooms.
