Patrick is an avid rugby fan, having played competitively for years across both the 15-a-side and 7’s format
Outside of Sport, Patrick studied Art & Design and used to work as a sculptor for several years, his love of art and all things creative continues to this day

Patrick has been working in the fitness industry in Ireland and London since 2016. He started his own education in the field as a way of cutting through the misinformation online and in magazines about health and well being. This education has been a constant source of challenge and enjoyment which Patrick brings into every class and session he runs.
Whilst working in the industry Patrick was introduced to Crossfit; he saw it as the perfect way to personally rehabilitate after a sports injury, whilst enjoying the
community/team environment Crossfit has become synonymous with. He has never looked back!
Patrick thrives on the creativity of programming for our Tread & Shred studio and the technical precision necessary to design a tailored training program. He is often found testing out his own programs on the Crossfit floor or Sweat studio, encouraging people to get fitter and stronger in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Great Class with a very motivational instructor. Kept providing individual advice yet somehow managing the entire group effectively. Cant wait for the next class!
