Now is the time to make a change!

At Perpetua we know the importance nutrition plays in helping you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Our in-house nutrition coach is available to help guide you along the way.

Whether your goal is to lose body-fat. build muscle mass, improve sports performance or improve overall health we have you covered.

You will meet your coach for the initial consultation. This will help your coach get an understanding of you, your lifestyle and your fitness and health goals and will allow you to ask any questions you may have.

A detailed 12 week individualized nutrition plan will be built around you and your current goals (fat loss, muscle gain, performance etc).

You will check in weekly with your coach to give an update on your progress, this will allow the coach to monitor diets effectiveness.

Your coach will provide weekly feedback and advice and help you with any issues you are having. Diet adjustments will be made to ensure you are progressing at the required rate each week.

Lifestyle guidelines (sleep, water intake, alcohol etc.) to help support your journey.

Your coach will build you a strength/fitness programme designed around your goals if required. This will be delivered daily to your phone, with coaching notes, video guidelines etc.
