WHAT YOU SPECIALIZE IN

  • I empower other women, helping them to not only look better, but also feel better.
  • I try to bring as much fun and energy to the clients I work with.

QUALIFICATION

  • CrossFit Level1

INTEREST OUTSIDE THE GYM

  • I love to train as much as possible in Sweat & CrossFit classes with the members of Perpetua.

  • Outside of the gym, I am an avid sports fan, watching everything from GAA to
Rugby and spending quality time going to brunch with friends.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE EXTREME, JUST CONSISTENT

From a young age I have always played team sports, both GAA and soccer to a high level! Having captained the teams I’ve played for made me question what I wanted to do in life. These people believed that I should lead them, support them and captain them! To me this was a sign and got me thinking.

From then I started my career in the fitness industry gaining knowledge and experience from other coaches and I’m continuing to grow since.

I’ve been working in Perpetua for 18 months. I’m currently a CrossFit coach, ‘tread & shred’ instructor and a personal trainer! On top of all this I run a small ladies group, helping them develop strength as well as confidence within their training! I love filling my sessions with energy! The community of people we have around us make my days worthwhile and very enjoyable.

For me, there is no better feeling than knowing you’ve helped someone on their path to change their life.
