I’m Chris, a personal trainer and Ride instructor here in Perpetua.
I’m passionate about improving the lives of others through training, nutrition and education. Mypassion comes from my background where I spent majority of my life overweight with severe confidence issues. Having used the gym as my vessel for change, I want to share my knowledge with those who want to improve themselves also.
Gym programming will be based on a client’s criteria of needs with the intention to improve their strength, posture and mobility. In addition, nutritional guidelines will be appropriately prescribed to align with goals of each client. The synergistic effect will of the training and nutrition as well as on-going support ensure the best chance for clients to succeed.
I started with Chris 4 weeks ago and since then I am down 6kg. The best part part about it is how easy he has made it for me by educating me on nutrition. I have struggled in the past to stay motivated but regular check-ins and goal setting has made it possible to stay on track and I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon. His attention to improving my health, rather than just getting completing gym sessions has made the whole process easier than I expected. I like how he tries to educate as well as instructing. I highly recommend him.
I started personal training with Chris midway through a weight-loss transformation.He has been a fantastic addition to my training. His knowledge and skills are unmatched. Chris listens and knows when to push you to achieve maximum results. I wouldn’t be down 5and a half stone without Chris’s help, support and motivation
