Indoor cycling is a journey of self-discovery and personal development. It challenges us to push our limits and step out of our comfort zones. As we ride, we learn about our resilience, determination, and the power of a positive mindset. I heard a quote once that has stuck with me ever since and now I use it in my own studio: “You must believe in something for it to be true”. This stands to us so much on those bikes, it encourages us to trust our body, our bikes - to know that we CAN do the hard stuff. We look for progression not perfection in Ride and come away feeling empowered because of it.
